Gabriella Charter School employs creative and experienced
classroom teachers with California Elementary Multi−Subject
Credentials and specialized training in English Language
Development. GCS dance teachers are professionals who are
dedicated to providing high quality dance instruction to young
public school children.
All classroom teachers at GCS have completed credential
programs that meet the NCLB standards for “highly qualified
teachers” and have additionally been trained in specialized
strategies for working with English Language Learners. Four out
of the five teachers participated in the rigorous Teach for
America program, which targets urban academic
underachievement by graduating innovative, standards−based
teachers with strong classroom management skills.
